PptGPT provides an AI-powered presentation creation and editing platform. The Service allows users to generate, edit, and export presentations (including slides and related content) using templates and AI-assisted tools. Features and availability may vary by plan and region.

3. Account and Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not: (a) use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights; (b) upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or infringing content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems; (d) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted; (e) use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property and Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your User Content as necessary to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your User Content. PptGPT, its branding, and the underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Fees are generally charged in advance (e.g., monthly or annually). You may cancel in accordance with our billing policy; we do not typically offer refunds for partial periods. All fees are in the currency indicated (e.g., USD or INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing and using such content appropriately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PptGPT and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD), whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PptGPT and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these terms or any law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for cause, including breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may delete or retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PptGPT operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
